Logopark is the winner of PROESTATE & TOBY AWARD
Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark received the new award. On September 2019 in Moscow the ceremony of the award of the "PROESTATE & TOBY AWARDS" was held. The 4th warehouse of the Logopark was recognized as the best warehouse in the regions of Russia in 2018.
The fourth dry warehouse officially opened in Logopark
In March 2019, the next warehouse phase in Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark was opened. The construction of the new warehouse is designed with the latest technology in the field of warehousing. Working height of ceilings 13,5 m, antidust concrete floor with load 8 t/sq m , number of docks - 1 dock per 450 sq m.
New 38 000 sq. m. warehouse is under construction in Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark
In Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark the new dry warehouse is under construction. An area of the warehouse is 38 000 sq.m. The new warehouse has highest category (A-class). The expected completion of the facility is December 2018.

Logopark became the winner in nomination «The best Russian industrial real estate project in decade». It was the first-time competition and passed within the International Real Estate Forum, that took place in Moscow on September 14-16.

A new dry warehouse
In Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark the new dry warehouse is under construction. An area of the first phase of warehouse is 28 420 sq.m. The new warehouse has highest category (A-class) and is supposed to be ready on January 2013.
Excursion for students
September 6, 2012 students of the Logistics and Transport Faculty of the St.Petersburg State Engineering and Economic University took part in a tour of the Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark and the customs terminal "Pargolovsky TLK". Students visited the Baltic Customs, Department of customs clearance and control ¹ 9 of Northwestern excise customs office, the bonded warehouses. They watched the process of customs control and clearance of export and import goods, as well as cargo handling on dry and refrigerated warehouse of Osinovaya Roshcha Logopark. Students appreciated the importance of the professional tours for the future: "Such events help us to understand theoretical process in practice, and also allow to see further professional field," - said Catherine Lisakova.
